Last Saturday we had the pleasure of catering Liane and Rory's December wedding at Pennard House.
With a subtle festive theme there were definitely hints of Christmas from the beautiful floral wreath arrangements on the tables to a fabulous Christmas tree decorated in glistening gold baubles.
Guests were definitely grateful for a warm glass of mulled wine after the wedding ceremony - a perfect idea for winter weddings!
Liane and Rory's menu featured a selection of our delicious canapes, a warm Godminster cheddar tart to start, Somerset Pork Belly with crackling, apple sauce and seasonal vegetables and a yummy raspberry cheesecake. We offer lots of 'winter warmers' in our menu selection from sausages and mash to handmade pies and roasts. All tasty and made from ingredients from the finest local suppliers!
It was a truly lovely day and as always it makes it all worth while to see the happy couples day come together!
